I often find young people engaged in tasks in church. We often say that every act of service is service to God - Be it sweeping in church, doing dishes, playing an instrument, kr taking care of other responsibilities. I see youth engaged in their church tasks but they've not grown spiritually. I've been observing few groups since 2 years now. My heart hurts seeing them. Ministering in church is important but your personal devotion should not be neglected for ministry. Serving in church is important and should not be neglected, but I sometimes feel their attention is so much fixated in their responsibilities that they miss deeper purpose of ministry that is knowing God, getting in presence of God, growing in Lord and becoming more like Him. How can we help them to find balance? Can you suggest practical ways?
