*Can A Christian Be Demon Possessed? - Part 1* When it comes to questions like this, the answer cannot be point-blank, *Yes/No!* We're going to be very real and practical here. To answer this question, I'll classify Christians into through groups: 1. Christians who don't have the Holy Spirit 2. Christians who have a little measure of the Holy Spirit 3. Christians who are filled with the Holy Spirit Take note of these three categories. Not every Christian is the same. The first category includes ordinary churchgoers who believe they're Christians but aren't even genuinely saved. Most of them are members of false churches. Still under that category are people who genuinely love God, attend church but haven't yet received the Holy Spirit. The second category includes Christians who once received the Holy Spirit and probably speak in tongues, but don't care beyond that. To them, so long they don't miss church services, they're fine. Whether or not they have much of the Holy Spirit is none of their business. The third category are Spirit-filled Believers who don't joke with staying filled with the Holy Spirit. They are on fire for God and they are full of the Spirit at all times. You are fully aware these three categories of Christians exist. You're either one or have met some of them. So when it comes to the question on whether a Christian can get possessed by a demon or not, I'll assume that by reading to this extend, you already have an idea on what the answer is. So, can a Christian get possessed by a demon? I'll say, *it depends on the kind of Christian they are.* The Holy Spirit is the only reliable blockade against demonic possession. And the Holy Spirit (like water) is given to Believers in measures. According to John 3:34, it is only Jesus Christ who has the Spirit without measure. The Holy Spirit in a Christian is a measure of God in a Christian. He is the Spirit of Christ (Romans 8:9), and Christ in us (Colossians 1:27). To be continued in Pt.2
