Delete your Fieryly account
Applies to the Fieryly app on Android (Google Play), the web app and the installed PWA
You can permanently delete your Fieryly account and the data linked to it at any time, in either of the two ways below.
Option 1: In the app (immediate)
- Open Fieryly and sign in.
- Go to your Profile and tap Settings.
- Tap Account & Security, then Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete My Account.
Your account and data are deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Option 2: By email (no app needed)
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Fieryly account". If you no longer have access to that address, tell us your Fieryly name and handle so we can verify the account is yours.

What is deleted
- Your login: email address and password.
- Your profile: name, handle, bio, birthday, profile and cover photos.
- Everything you posted: posts, testimonies, prayer requests, comments, Chronicles, chat messages, voice notes, images and status updates.
- Your activity: likes, flames, reshares, bookmarks, poll votes, prayers, fasting and prayer circle participation, follows and friend connections.
- Your Talents balance and history, purchased frames, game scores and achievements, notes and notification settings.
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing that identifies you is kept in the app once deletion is complete.
- Uploaded files (photos, images and voice notes) are removed from our storage within 30 days.
- If you reported other content or users, the report itself may be kept without your name so our moderators can finish reviewing it.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want a break, use Deactivate Account in the same menu instead: it hides your profile and can be reversed.
